Although the neighborhood is already well established, more restaurants, grocery, & retail stores are opening. In the next year, we’ll see the opening of an Urban Outfitters & possibly even Crate & Barrel coming to the neighborhood.
The condominium boom of Toronto has not escaped mid-town Toronto which will see 7+ new condominium buildings built over the next 5-8 years. This will provide an opportunity for young people to stay in the neighborhood & empty nesters to stay close to home.
Here is a snapshot of some of the condos being developed in the neighborhood. Please ask me if you are interested in learning more about purchasing a suite in one of these buildings.
